After a hugely successful, over 30-year career in racing, including 4 consecutive WRC Driver and Constructor Championships. Jost Capito put off a planned retirement and took over the role of CEO at Williams Racing, one of the most successful British teams in Formula 1 racing history.
The new role will be a challenge. Formula 1 is not only a sport, but also a large business with Williams Racing employing over 800 people. The company has a lot at stake, including upholding the lineage to founder Sir Frank Williams, who started the team in 1966.

Dr. Langer has written over 1,400 articles. He also has over 1,300 issued and pending patents worldwide. Dr. Langer’s patents have been licensed or sublicensed to over 350 pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and medical device companies. He is the most cited engineer in history (h-index 250 according to Google Scholar).
He has received over 220 major awards and has been recognized as one of the 100 most important people in America.

Eric Ikauniks is the Co-Founder of Kaname Capital, a boutique Japanese Small Cap Fund Management with more than $250 million AUM.
Eric joined GMO International Active in 2003, was a senior portfolio manager in the division, and a partner of the firm. While an Asia specialist covering all of the ex-Japan markets, he also managed GEM and European portfolios for the team. Eric lived in Hong Kong from 1994 through 2002 working with both Prudential Portfolio Managers and JPMorgan in equity research and portfolio management roles.
He was lucky enough to experience the 1998 Asian financial crisis early in his career, an event that profoundly affected his views on required margins of safety, when to walk away from risk, and when to pounce on true deep value. He graduated from Middlebury College.
